Agreeing to these terms
These terms cover your use of the Manhattan Beach Sunrooms & Patios website and any request you send us through it. By using the site, starting at our home page, you agree to them, so please read them before you contact us about a project.
If you don't agree with these terms, please don't use the site. You can still call us at (424) 290-8610 with questions.
What we do
Manhattan Beach Sunrooms & Patios is a sunroom contractor in Manhattan Beach, CA. We design and build sunrooms, patio enclosures, screen rooms and patio covers for homes in Manhattan Beach and the cities around it. You can read more about our crew on our About page.
The descriptions, photos and examples on this site are general information about the kinds of work we do. They aren't an offer for your specific house, because every yard, slab and roofline is different. The work we agree to do for you is set out in a written contract signed by both of us.
Estimates and pricing
We give free on-site estimates, and there's no pressure to book. An estimate is our best figure based on what we see at your house and the materials and design you choose that day.
An estimate can change if the scope changes, if material prices change before you sign, or if we find conditions we couldn't see during the visit, such as a damaged slab or framing that needs repair. We'll tell you before any change in price, and we won't do added work until you approve it in writing.
Prices on this site, if any, are general and aren't a quote. The price that binds both of us is the one in your signed contract.
Scheduling and cancellation
Start dates and timelines are planned together and written into your contract. Dates can move because of weather, permit and inspection timing, material delivery or conditions found once the job is open, and we'll keep you posted when that happens.
If you need to reschedule a visit, please give us as much notice as you can by phone or through our contact page. Your rights to cancel a signed contract, and any costs for materials already ordered or work already done, are set out in that contract and in California law.
Payment terms
Your contract lists the total price, any deposit and when each payment is due. Payments are due on the dates or stages the contract names.
If a payment is late, we may pause work until it's made, as the contract allows. Please talk to us early if something comes up, because it's usually easy to sort out before it holds up the job.
Warranties and website information
We're licensed and fully insured, and we stand behind our work with satisfaction guaranteed on every job. The warranty that covers your project, including what it covers and for how long, is written into your contract. Products we install may also carry their maker's own warranty, which follows the maker's terms.
The website itself is offered as is. We try to keep it accurate and current, but we don't promise that every page is complete, error-free or always available, and nothing on the site is a warranty for your project.
Limits on our liability
To the extent California law allows, Manhattan Beach Sunrooms & Patios isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses from using this website, such as lost time or relying on general information on a page instead of an on-site estimate.
Our responsibility for a project is set by your signed contract and by California law. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that the law doesn't allow us to limit.
Settling disagreements
If you have a problem with our work or with this site, please call us at (424) 290-8610 or reach us through our contact page first. Most issues get settled quickly once we're talking, and we'd rather fix it than argue about it.
If we can't work it out together, either of us may pursue the dispute through the process in your contract or in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
Governing law
These terms and your use of this site are governed by the laws of the State of California, where we're based.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time, and the version posted on this page is the one that applies. Changes to these terms don't change a contract you've already signed with us.
If you have questions about anything here, call us at (424) 290-8610 or send us a note through our contact page, and we'll get back to you within 1 business day.
